How to Use the Drawn from Memory App (Step-by-Step Text Guide)

Open the app.

Choose a language to learn.

Click on a word.

Read and listen to the English word and the translation.
(Adjust the speed and accent in the settings menu if you want to).

Read and understand the broken down phonetic pronunciation of the word.
PLEASE NOTE: AT THE MOMENT THERE ARE NO PHONETICS STORED ON THE APP.
(But, by clicking the notepad icon, you can open a sheet where you can input your own phonetic breakdown of how to say a word.
Then, just use your ears, and write down a phonetic breakdown that makes sense to you.)

Read the imagery prompt to see if that clicks for you.
If it doesn’t, open up the note pop-up and write your own prompt.
PLEASE NOTE: AT THE MOMENT THERE ARE NO IMAGERY PROMPTS STORED ON THE APP.
(But, by clicking the notepad icon, you can open a sheet where you can input your own imagery prompt.
So, just use your imagination, and write down an imagery prompt that helps you remember the word you are learning.)

Draw a picture or make some simple notes to help you remember the word.
